Nighttime Gate Procedure:

A Night-Call System has been established with the assistance of 12 residents from the community. In an emergency, residents should remember that the first line of assistance for their entry into the community (should the resident gates malfunction) is the on-call Operator in the Visitor Entry Box.

1. Please plan to identify yourself and your resident address in the community.
2. Inform the operator that the Resident Gate is not functioning properly.
3. The Gate Operator will open the Visitor Gates for your entry and communicate to the appropriate parties about the gate operations.
