Clubhouse Schedule Tuesday, February 9
The Clubhouse will not open at 6 a.m. on Tuesday, February 9. A final decision and related e-mail regarding the possibility of an afternoon opening will be made at 10 a.m. All morning classes have been cancelled.

Special Meeting
The Executive Committee of the Board of Directors and the Election Committee are holding a Special Meeting on Friday, February 12, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the Clubhouse. The meeting will convene into Executive Session (Closed Session) immediately after being called to order for the purposes of consulting with legal counsel. The meeting will reconvene in Open Session thereafter to adjourn.

The Election Committee has presented this correspondence and Official Notification of Verified Candidates List to the Board of Directors.

The February 17 Meet the Candidates Night has been cancelled due to the election being moved back to a tentative date of April 5, 2010.
The Meet the Candidates nights will be held:
Sunday, February 21, 2010 from 5 PM until 8 PM in the Clubhouse Ballroom.
Wednesday, March 3, 2010 from 7 PM until 9 PM in the Clubhouse Ballroom.
